What services do you offer?
We provide high-quality photobooth experiences for all kinds of events, including weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and special celebrations. Our services include custom backdrops, fun props, instant prints, digital sharing, and personalized photo templates.

How does the photobooth work?
It’s easy and fun! Guests step in, pose, and tap the screen to capture their photo. They can instantly receive printed copies and we can also share digital copies after the event.

What types of events do you cater to?
We cater to weddings, birthdays, corporate events, product launches, graduations, and any celebration where memories should be captured.

How long does setup take?
We require approximately 45–60 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for pack-down.

Will there be an attendant at the booth?
Yes! Our friendly and professional attendant will be present throughout your event to assist guests and ensure a smooth experience.

How do I book your photobooth?
You can book through our website, social media, or by contacting us directly.
How much does it cost to rent the photobooth?
Pricing depends on the package, event duration, and any customizations. Contact us for a quote tailored to your event.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due before the event.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel your event, the deposit is non-refundable. However, we offer rescheduling options based on availability.
Customizations & Features
Can we personalize the photo template?
Yes! We design custom photo templates to match your event’s theme, including colors, text, and logos.
Do you offer custom backdrops?
Absolutely! We require a minimum of 30 days before your event for any customized backdrops.

Can we add our company logo or branding to the photos?
Yes! We can incorporate your logo or branding into the photo template and digital images.
Do you provide props?
Yes! We offer a variety of props, including hats, glasses, signs, and themed accessories to enhance the fun.
Setup & Technical Requirements
How much space do you need for the photobooth?
We require at least 3x3m space with easy access to a power outlet.
Do you need Wi-Fi for digital sharing?
While not required, Wi-Fi allows for instant digital sharing. If unavailable, photos can be shared after the event.
What happens if there’s a technical issue during the event?
Our booth attendant is trained to handle any technical difficulties. In rare cases of major issues, we provide alternative solutions or compensation.

Post-Event & Photo Delivery
Will we receive digital copies of all photos?
Yes! Depending on the package, you’ll receive a digital gallery of all photos taken after the event.
Can guests reprint their photos at the event?
Yes! Depending on the package, guests can print multiple copies of their photos. (for additional cost of course)
Do you offer GIFs or boomerangs?
Yes! We offer GIF and boomerang features as an optional add-on.
